What this covers

This policy covers the WareIntel marketing site at www.wareintel.org — the coming-soon page you’re on now. It does not cover the WareIntel warehouse management system itself, which is a separate, invite-only product not yet open for public signup.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• Your company name (required)
• How many warehouses you run (optional)
• What tools you use today, e.g. spreadsheets (optional)

That’s it. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not run any tracking scripts.

How it’s used

We use it to follow up with you about early access and the WareIntel pilot, and to send occasional updates about WareIntel. We don’t sell or share it with third parties.

Where it’s stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in Supabase and written only by a server-side action — your data never passes through or is stored in your browser beyond submitting the form.

Hosting & server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (like IP address) for security and operational purposes. These logs aren’t used to track you.

Your rights

Email wareintel.info@gmail.com any time to ask what we have on file for you, or to have it deleted.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and update the “Last updated” date above.
